2. Can I purchase Alienboyy Apparel merchandise locally?

Absolutely! Alienboyy Apparel merchandise & clothing is available for purchase at Stripes Coffee, West End. IN ADDITION, Alienboyy Apparel is also available for purchase at Realms of Maagic & Miniatures, Kirwan. Alternatively, you're welcome to private message me directly and we can arrange a local order to save you shipping.

3. How do I cancel/change my order?

A. Please private message me as soon as possible so that your goodies haven't already been shipped. In the instance your order has already been sent out, there is no way to cancel your order. However, you may exchange, or return items via private message.

4. How do I return/exchange an item?

A. Simply flick me a message with your order & contact details. I'll be in touch to process your refund/exchange as soon as possible. Please be sure to read the Return Policy before hand.

5. What if I need to change my address?

A. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes to your address anymore. If you've made a mistake, or the the delivery was unsuccessful, please flick me a message so that I can investigate further.

6. How long does shipping usually take?

A. We aim to package & ship your goodies within 3 business days of your order being placed. Please be mindful that I do have a life outside of Alienboyy Apparel which includes full time (boring) work and I also have a beautiful little munchkin that needs her AlienDaddy. Therefore not every week will be the same - any delays will be advised in advanced.

7. What's Alienboyy Apparel's Return Policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. A refund or exchange can be granted if your item is incorrect or faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: International shipments will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Depending where you live and how long shipping takes will determine return policy duration periods.*
